Order Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

• To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email at support@marudhai.com or contact form with your order details.

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once you receive the product.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not, here’s how returns work:

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

• Digital goods like eBooks, software downloads.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Items returned without original packaging or damaged after delivery.

📦 How to Return:

1. Email  support@marudhai.com with your Order ID and reason for return. or contact form.

2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credits.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
